How We Verify Coupons

Every code on Couponia follows the same process before it goes live. This page explains exactly how it works, so you know what “verified” means when you see it on our pages.

1. Our codes come from direct partnerships

We do not scrape coupon databases or republish codes found elsewhere. Each code (for example PROMARKETER or COUPONIA) is issued to us directly by the brand through an official partner or referral program. That is why our codes are often exclusive and sometimes better than public offers.

2. We test before publishing

Before a coupon page goes live, we test the code or link on the merchant checkout to confirm the discount or bonus is actually applied. For services we use ourselves, the coupon page also includes our first-hand experience with the product.

3. We re-check and update

Promotions change. We periodically re-check active codes and update the page when a brand changes its offer, and each page shows its last updated date. If a promotion ends and no replacement exists, we update or remove the page rather than leaving a dead code online.

4. What we do not do

We do not invent fake percentages to win clicks, we do not list codes we cannot verify, and we do not hide conditions. If an offer requires a minimum deposit, a new account or has regional limits, we say so on the page.

Found a code that does not work?

Tell us through the contact page and we will re-test it and fix the page. It genuinely helps.
